Managing Director

After deciding that the school system was not suited for his learning type, Dave became an apprentice in his early teens and followed the path of becoming a HVAC Engineer. This led him into the Boiler maintenance space which is where his passion for the industry began. Dave has been continuing to develop his skills and improve on his range of abilities in this industry for the past 20 years. Now, as a Managing Director of his own company, he can implement solid systems to deliver customer service which meets our high expectations for quality, and compliance.

Dave is a proud father of 3 and enjoys hunting in his spare time.

Hayden Harper

Service Technician

In 2000 Hayden began working for a company which had a boiler, and was given the responsibility to operate a 1800lb/hr Scott fire tube boiler. He quickly realised that he had a passion for working with steam systems and understanding the mechanical aspects of Boilers. Hayden has been growing his range of skills since then and become proficient with pipe work, water testing, breakdown repairs, servicing and most recently, beginning to cover combustion analysis.

Outside of work, Hayden is a keen fisherman and loves spending quality time with his children and family.

Alana Young

Compliance, Finance and Administration

As a trained professional bookkeeper, Alana is at the front line of implementing systems to keep Boiling Point up to date with current technology. Alana has 15 years’ experience across all facets of administration and managing small business. Providing quality systems and customer service is extremely important and she will always go above and beyond for our customers.

As well as work, Alana balances life with her (and Dave’s) 3 children, volunteering and playing with a local netball club and spending time with friends/family.
